1. Check-in and check-out
- Check-in: from 4:00 pm
- Check-out: by 11:00 am
- Please inform us in advance in case of late arrival or early departure.
- Kindly vacate the accommodation on time to allow proper cleaning.
2. Quiet and respect
- The château is a calm property dedicated to rest and relaxation.
- Please respect the peace and privacy of other guests, especially in the evening and at night.
- Parties, events and excessive noise are not permitted.
3. Shared areas
- Common areas are shared with all guests.
- Please leave these areas clean and tidy after use.
- Furniture and equipment must be used with care.
4. Wellness area (pool, spa, fitness)
- Access is permitted from 8:00 am to 8:30 pm.
- The wellness area is shared with other guests.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Towels provided in the pool area must remain there after use.
- Use of the facilities is under the sole responsibility of the users.
5. Accommodation
- The château is non-smoking indoors.
- Please respect the accommodation, furniture and equipment.
- Furniture must not be moved without prior authorization.
- Any damage or loss may result in additional charges.
6. Pets
Pets are not allowed, unless prior written approval has been granted by management.
7. Parking and access
- Private parking is available for guests.
- A gate remote control is provided on arrival for free entry and exit.
- Please park only in designated areas.
8. Liability
Château des Bourdons declines all responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings within the property, including common areas and the parking facilities.
